Responsibilities
• Analyze and assess market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities in warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that outline clear objectives, actionable strategies, and financial projections for optimizing warehouse operations.
• Monitor and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present detailed business planning reports to senior management, providing insights into market dynamics, strategic initiatives, and financial projections.
• Lead and manage projects related to warehouse business planning, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with colleagues across departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
• Warehouse MHE experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
Shift E: Monday - Friday / Day Shift (8am ~ 5pm)
