Position Available: 4
Location : Lansing(MI), Holland(MI), Ohio, Tennessee
Hours : Full Time (Monday through Friday)
Salary Information: 45,000 ~ 47,000 (the salaries are to be negotiable based on experience.)
SUMMER PAID INTERNSHIP position available. 여름 인턴쉽 가능 (담당자에게 문의 바랍니다)
90 days probation period from start date
Job Description
Perform general office administration duties including filing, document preparation, management.
Manage bills, invoices, emails, and handle requests generated from internal and external companies.
Distribute documents and reports both within and outside the company.
Support company workers with communication skills and social skills as needed.
Schedule management, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
본사 엔지니어와 현지 엔지니어들 사이 현장 작업 통역 (안전/설비 등)
본사 엔지니어 참석 회의 동행 및 통역 지원
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher
Bilingual (Korean, English) or very fluent
Valid Working Visa, Green Card or US Citizen
Experience in the respective field is preferred
Proficiency in clerical skills and office management, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver’s License with ability to drive
Willing to work overtime if required
Ability to commute/relocate for work assignments
