We are looking for an organized and personable professional to manage our front office. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients and staff.
주요 업무 - Korean Bilingual Strongly Preferred
*Front Office Management: Act as the face of the company, professionally greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and ensuring a positive first impression.
*Communication Hub: Manage the switchboard by screening calls, taking messages, and responding to emails, while serving as the central point for information.
*Administrative & Clerical Support: Assist with daily operations including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and managing office supply inventory.
*Scheduling & Logistics: Organize team calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate resources for internal and external meetings.
*Security & Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy reception area and control office access by monitoring visitor logs and issuing badges.
