Spring Hill에 위치한 배터리 공장부지(Ultium Cells)에서 일하실 테크니션을 모십니다.

1. 근무처: Ultium Cells 배터리 사이트 (Spring Hill, TN)
2. 직책: Setup & PM/BM technicians, full time (min 40 hrs/week)
3. 주요업무
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings:
Analyzing blueprints, job routers, and sketches to determine setup procedures, tooling requirements and machining sequences.
*Tooling selection and preparation:
Choosing and setting up the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments needed for the machining process.
*Machine setup:
Aligning and securing tooling on the machine, adjusting machine parameters like feed rates, speeds, and offsets based on specifications.
*Machine operation and monitoring:
Starting the machine, monitoring its performance during production runs, and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
*Quality control:
Regularly inspecting parts produced to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
*Troubleshooting and repair:
Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions, performing minor repairs and reporting complex issues to maintenance personnel.
*Preventative maintenance:
Conducting routine inspections and cleaning of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
*Data recording and reporting:
Maintaining production records, documenting machine settings, and reporting any abnormalities or quality issues.
*Interpreting duties on site and duties as a safety coordinator
4. 요구사항
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
- Min. 1-year experiences in assembly line or manufacturing site
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be a team player as well as self-motivator
- Must be able to speak, write and read Korean. English is required
- Able to commute from Monday through Friday
5. 근무시작일: 11월 초순 (협의 가능)
6. 급여: $30/hr.
7. 베네핏: 3개월 probation 기간이 끝난 직후
