Position: Field Service Support (Full-Time / Bilingual)

Job Location: Spring Hill, Tennessee

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/year (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

Field Service Support will manage and assist in field support duties on customer’s site.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to resolve day to day issues

- Installations and Commissioning of factory automation equipment

- Perform field investigations to analyze technical problems

- Troubleshooting and repairing of equipment and/or components

- Complete reports, summaries, and paperwork as required

- Communication between engineers from Korea and US engineers at customer’s site

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements:

- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements

- Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policies/processes

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Bilingual Korean/English – Medium proficiency in reading and speaking

- 1+ years of experience as a project team

- Currently lives in or relocate to Spring Hill, Tennessee.
