We are seeking a construction project manager who has a Tennessee Building Combined construction license to work with our company.

The construction project manager is responsible for providing overall administrative and technical direction for one (or more) 

large (small or medium size),

complex project with subordinate managers or co-workers.

Responsibilities and Duties:


• Performing various supports regarding clean room, dry room projects.

• Oversee total construction efforts to ensure projects in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and subcontractors

• Monitor and control construction through administrative direction as an onsite superintendent

• Communicate clearly with all individuals involved in the project whose functions require knowledge and understanding of the general contract and

        subcontract requirements

• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by head office

• Support Business Team as required




Qualifications and Requirements:


• Tennessee Building Combined Construction license holder (MUST)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or have equivalent experience in the HVAC or construction field (Preferred)

• Bilingual in English/Korean (Preferred)
