특히 LNG 수송선에 사용되는 접착제는 극한의 환경에서도 접착 기능을 발휘할 만큼 품질이 탁월해 전 세계 시장점유율 1위를 기록했습니다.
유니테크는 해외 현지 고객의 요구에 맞춘 제품을 더 효과적으로 생산하기 위해 2022년 미국 테네시주에 미국생산법인을 설립했습니다.

<Job description>
We are a recently established company seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager who is fluent in Korean to join our team in Morrison, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, basic accounting, and other administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
3. Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
4. Oversee the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
5. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, personnel files, and other HR-related documents.
6. Manage basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents as required.
8. Provide support for general administrative tasks, including office management, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings and events.
9. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR, accounting, and administration.
10. Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, preferably in an SME setting.
3. Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, is required.
4. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: 120 Brost Drive Morrison
-Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
