1/4
Attended the event featuring various performances, Asian Book Drive, donation presentation, and exhibition hosted by API Middle Tennessee, celebrating Asian and Pacific Islanders’ Heritage Month in Nashville, Tennessee as the representative of Korean community this Sunday.
It was greatly meaningful to encounter so many different cultures and vibrant activities contributing to the diversity in the state right there.
Introduced how thriving Korean community is thanks to technology we utilize even during the pandemic, and how terribly isolated a certain minority group with a language barrier can be to the senior producer working for National Public Television.
Am so impressed with Joseph, who represents API Middle Tennessee for his excellent leadership, and Christine, who orchestrated the Asian theme book drive and donation presentation for her outstanding achievement.
API Middle Tennessee
In my opinion, we Koreans also need to and have to voice ourselves and unite with other minority groups, so that we can make our unity into a majority, indeed.
