Salary: $70,000 - $95,000/year (depending on experience)


Position: 

Field Service Engineer A - Production Equipment Installation, Setup, & Operation in logistic automation 

Field Service Engineer B - PLC programing, wiring, and operation in tech industry 

Field Service Engineer C - Electrical setup and wiring in tech industry 


Job Location: 

Midwest Region - Lordstown (OH), Spring Hills (TN), Lansing (MI), and Holland (MI)


Job Summary:

Field Service Engineer (Full-Time / Bilingual) will responsible for field service duties (installation, setup, wiring, operation, maintenance) on customer’s site.


Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to resolve day to day issues

- Installations and Commissioning of factory automation equipment

- PLC programing, wiring, and operation in tech industry 

- Perform field investigations to analyze technical problems

- Troubleshooting and repairing of equipment and/or components

- Complete reports, summaries, and paperwork as required

- Communication between engineers from Korea and US engineers at customer’s site


Requirements:

- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical field (Preferred)

- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Bilingual Korean/English - Medium proficiency in reading and speaking

- 2+ years of experience as a project team

- Currently lives-in or relocate to - Lordstown (OH), Spring Hills (TN), Lansing & Holland (MI)
