What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

What You’ll Do
- Manage staff (temporary) team members, including but not limited to training, attendance management, work quality/productivity management, and filling in roles for no-show staff when necessary.
- Maintain constant communication with shuttle drivers and external warehouse personnel regarding real-time STO schedule updates related to Ingot/Wafer operations.
- Receive and inspect incoming Ingot/Wafer materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Store and organize Ingot/Wafer inventory according to designated procedures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material movement.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
