Clarksville, TN에 위치한 물류 대기업에서 Warehouse Manager를 급히 구하고 있습니다.
Job Type: Full-time regular exempt position
Job Location: Clarksville, TN 37040
Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:45 AM – 03:30 PM (sometimes until 5:30 PM)
Target Annual Base Salary: $90K~$100K

Requirement:
* Min.5~7 years of warehouse management experience
* Bilingual (Korean & English)
* Relocation to TN
* Authorized to work in the US
* High School Diploma or GED (BS/BA Degree preferred)
*Competencies in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
* Identify and coordinate operation requirements in order to provide a timely, cost efficient quality service.
* Train, motivate and develop office and warehouse staff to ensure continually high standard of performance; facilitate proper career
progression and identify personnel worthy of promotion and/or further development and training.
* Determine the needs of assigned district, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs,
and tooling and equipment needs.
* Maintain positive customer relationships and remains current on customer needs & satisfaction.
* Responsible for all Quality, and OSHA compliance within the assigned facility.
* Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations.
