Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in Spring Hill, TN. This position plays a key role in maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

           본 채용은 빠르게 변화하는 자동차 제조 환경에서 생산 장비 유지보수,원할한 운영 보장, 그리고 지속적인 

           개선활동 지원에 핵심적인 역활을 담당합니다.

Key Responsibilities 주요 책임 

• - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems

    기계, 장비 및 시설 시스템에 대한 예방 및 교정 유지 관리를 수행합니다 

• - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues 

    기계, 유압, 공압 및 전기 문제를 진단하고 문제를 해결합니다 

• - Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams

    기술 매뉴얼, 회로도, 장비 다이어 그램을 읽고 해석합니다  

• - Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

    생산 직원과 협력하여 가동 중지 시간 최소화하고 효율성을 개선 합니다  

• - Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts used

    수리, 검사 및 사용된 부품에 대한 정확한 기록을 유지합니다  

• - Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment 

    신규 장비 설치 및 시운전 지원

• - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area 

    모든 안전 절차를 준수하고 작업 공간을 깨끛하고 정돈된 상태로 유지 합니다

• - Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects

    근본 원인 분석 및 지속적인 개선 프로젝트에 참여

Qualifications 자격

• - High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma or associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred

    고등학교 졸업장 또는 GED 필수 , 산업 유지 관리 분야 기술 졸업장 또는 준학사 학위 소지자 우대 

• - Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment 

    제조 환경에서 장비 유지 관리에 대한 최소 2년 경험 

• - Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics 

    기계 시스템, 전기제어, PLC, 유압장치, 공압장치, 대한 강력한 실무 지식

• - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments 

    수동 도구, 전동도구 및 진단장비를 사용할수 있는 능력

• - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance software) 

   기본적인 컴퓨터 기술 Microsoft Office, maintenance software

• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

    독립적으로 팀환경에서 일할수 있는 능력

• - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required

    필요한 경우 초과근무 및 주말근무 포함한 유연한 근무 의향
