Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize finished goods warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of finished goods from QCELL Factory line, storing, picking, and shipping STO (Stock Transfer Order) to exterior warehouse.
- Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of finished goods stock levels.
- Monitor and analyze finished goods warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in finished goods warehouse technology and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with QCELL QC personnel and Shuttle company drivers
