국내 유명 대기업의 SCM 관련 업체의 공급 유통 센터에서
근무할 메니저를 찾고 있습니다.
직종: Logistics Plant Manager (풀 타임)
위치: 멤피스 인근 Collierville / 테네시
연봉: 70K-90K(경력에 따라 다를 수 있음)
Responsibilities
• Monitor all operations and processes.
• Prepare operating reports and budgets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.
• Ensure all compliance needs are met.
• Manage scheduling for a fully operational team.
• Oversee daily floor operations
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and production.
• Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations.
• Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.
• Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees.
• Report and track expenses to reduce costs.
• Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.
• Hire and train new employees if necessary.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• KOR/ENG Bilingual is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business, or
related field preferred;
master’s in business administration or management is a plus.
• 3 years' previous experience as a plant manager, supervisor, or related position
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel)
• Must be able to work legally without visa sponsorships.
