$60,000 - $70,000/year (depending on experience)

Field Support Staff
Job Location:
Midwest Region - Spring Hills (TN)
Job Summary:
Field Support Staff (Full-Time / Bilingual) will be responsible for translation support duties (installation, setup, wiring, operation, maintenance) on customer’s site.
- Provide interpretation support at GM-LG Ultium Cells LLC TN Factory UC-2 for
equipment setup and initial operation
- Provide assistance for project manager
- Perform administrative tasks for field engineer personnel (rides to and from airports,
reservations, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate translations
- Attend meetings to translate discussions
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual Korean/English - Intermediate proficiency in reading and speaking
- 2+ years of experience as a project team member
- Currently lives-in or is able to relocate to - Spring Hills (TN)
