Job Description:
As a Construction Site supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating various activities at the construction site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all construction operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the construction team and project managers, you will be the on-site representative responsible for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Monitor and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
2. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain construction standards and ensure that work meets the required quality criteria.
3. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
4. Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize construction productivity.
5. Progress Reporting: Regularly report construction progress to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and potential issues.
6. Problem-solving: Address any construction-related challenges that arise and collaborate with the team to find practical solutions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, site reports, and safety inspections.
8. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
9. Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.
10. Environmental Considerations: Promote and support environmentally friendly construction practices, including waste management and energy conservation.

Requirements:
• A degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a positive working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Familiarity with software and tools such as Auto-Cad, BIM Revit is a plus.
